Compound enzyme preparation (glucoamylase + alpha-amylase)

  • Compound enzyme preparation (glucoamylase + α-amylase) is compounded from glucoamylase and α-amylase.
  • The product is characterized by high purity and high catalytic decomposition efficiency; and for solid state fermentation, it adopts harmless carrier.
  • It can decompose starch and non-starch polysaccharides in grain cultivation more efficiently, and convert them into monosaccharides directly utilized by microorganisms.
  • It is conducive to the rapid growth and reproduction of microorganisms in the early stage of fermentation, and can also provide sufficient material basis for the later fermentation.

Principle:

The α-amylase in the product can cut off the α-1,4 glucosidic bond in starch into dextrins with different molecular weights, thus achieving the purpose of liquefying starch, which can reduce the viscosity of fermented grains, and is conducive to the microbial fermentation in distiller's yeast;

The glucoamylase in the product can sequentially hydrolyze the starch and other substances in the grain into glucose that can be directly utilized by microorganisms, providing a material basis for the growth and fermentation of microorganisms.

Application :

Solid preparation: 2kg/bag or 20kg/bag; Liquid preparation: 1kg/bottle×10 bottles/ctn.

This product is a biologically active substance, avoid direct sunlight and exposure to sunlight, stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, shelf life of 12 months at 25 ℃ or less, without contamination, more than the shelf life of the enzyme is still active, the use of moderate increase in the amount of dosage.

Enzymes are protein-based substances, for sensitive people, inhalation of enzyme powder or dew drops may occur allergic reactions, too long contact may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membrane tissue. It is recommended to wear a mask for protection during operation. If the product is accidentally splashed on the skin or eyes, please flush with water immediately. After each opening of the bag or bucket, if not used up, the bag should be tied tightly or the bucket lid should be screwed tightly to avoid inactivation of the effective active ingredients.
