Principle：

Glucoamylase hydrolyzes the a-1,4 glucosidic bond from the nonreducing end of starch to produce glucose, and also slowly hydrolyzes the a-1,6 glucosidic bond to convert it to glucose.

Advantages：

Glucoamylase is purified from the excellent strain of Aspergillus niger through deep fermentation. It is characterized by high purity, high catalytic decomposition efficiency, and the use of harmless carriers for solid-state fermentation.

As a useful supplement to the distiller's yeast, it can work synergistically with the distiller's yeast to improve the yield of solid-state fermentation. It is widely used in the starch-based brewing industry, with a wide range of raw materials, which can improve the conversion rate and shorten the fermentation period.

Application :

Suggested additive amount for liquor industry: 100,000U/g Suggested additive amount 2kg/ton of grain, when used, it should be adjusted according to the quality of raw materials, climate, process and other specific conditions.

Packing and Storage: 

2kg/bag or 20kg/bag; This product is a biologically active substance, avoid direct sunlight and exposure to sunlight, stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, shelf life of 12 months at 25 ℃ or less, without contamination, more than the shelf life of the enzyme is still active, the use of the appropriate amount to increase the dosage.

Product use safety and precautions: 

Enzymes are protein-based substances, for sensitive people, inhalation of enzyme powder or dew drops may occur allergic reactions, too long contact may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membrane tissue. It is recommended to wear a mask for protection during operation. If the product is accidentally splashed on the skin or eyes, please flush with water immediately. After each opening of the bag or bucket, if not used up, the bag should be tied tightly or the bucket lid should be screwed tightly to avoid inactivation of the effective active ingredients.
