Description:

Principle:

Ethyl caproate is the main aroma-presenting substance in the production of strong-flavored liquor, and the content of ethyl caproate in medium-sized liquor is relatively low, so the quality of medium-sized liquor is low. By adding hexanoic acid and esterase to the Chinese liquor, the esterase can catalyze the esterification reaction between hexanoic acid and ethanol in the liquor, generating a large amount of ethyl caproate, so as to improve the quality of the liquor.

Application :

take the medium-sized liquor, adjust the alcoholic strength to 35%~50%, add 2% of the bio-fermented caprylic acid or yellow water of the medium-sized liquor (the amount of yellow water added is related to the content of capric acid in the yellow water), and mix it well; adjust the PH of the mixture to 3.5 or so; add 0.05%~0.15% esterification enzyme of the mixture, and react it for 4h at room temperature; pour the reacted solution back to redistill it.Because this product is an enzyme preparation, with the process of distillation, the enzyme protein will be inactivated and will not appear in the distilled liquor, the whole process is safe and pollution-free.



Packing and Storage: 

The solid dosage form of this product is packed in aluminum foil bag with the specification of 1kg/bag.This product is a biologically active substance, high temperature, strong acid, strong alkali will cause enzyme inactivation. Therefore, during transportation and storage, sunlight exposure and rain should be avoided. The warehouse should be kept clean, cool and dry.
