Principle:
Not only are mannan-based stains difficult to remove, but they can also transfer to the surface of clean fabrics during the washing process, causing them to yellow and turn gray. Mannanase breaks down mannan-containing thickeners and effectively removes not only common thickener-based household stains, such as chocolate, pudding, mayonnaise, ice cream, salad dressings, and so on. Mannanase also removes gelatinous mannan residues (mannan residues absorb stains to secondarily contaminate clothing, resulting in stains that are not cleaned well) to achieve deep cleaning, which serves to prevent stains from being redeposited and keep white fabrics white. Our mannanase has good stability in most detergents.
Application :
The mannanase fraction has good activity in the washing temperature and pH range applicable to most detergents, and has good activity at the action temperature (about 20~60℃) and pH conditions (about 6~10) of typical detergent processes. The recommended addition level of mannanase in detergent raw materials is 0.2~0.5%.

Enzymes are protein-based substances, for sensitive people, inhalation of enzyme powder or dew drops may cause allergic reactions, too long exposure may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membrane tissues. It is recommended to wear a mask for protection during operation. If the product is accidentally splashed on the skin or eyes, please flush with water immediately.
After each opening of the bag or bucket, if not used up, the bag should be tied tightly or the bucket lid should be screwed tightly to avoid inactivation of the effective active ingredients.
