Principle:
Lipases break down highly hydrophobic oils and fats into more hydrophilic monoglycerides, free fatty acids and glycerol, which are water-soluble under alkaline washing conditions. Lipases degrade fat stains on butter or fibers as well as sweat stains on clothing and are used in detergents to enhance stain removal. The distinctive feature of lipase is that it enables detergents to achieve excellent fat removal even at low temperatures. Moreover, it has a cumulative effect, and its stain-removing power becomes more apparent with the number of washes. Our lipase has good stability in most detergents.
Application :
The lipase fraction has good activity in the washing temperature and pH range applicable to most detergents, and has good activity at the action temperature (about 20~60℃) and pH conditions (about 7~11) of typical detergent processes. The recommended addition amount of lipase in detergent raw materials is 0.2~0.5%.
Product use safety and precautions:
Enzymes are protein-based substances, for sensitive people, inhalation of enzyme powder or dew drops may cause allergic reactions, too long exposure may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membrane tissues. It is recommended to wear a mask for protection during operation. If the product is accidentally splashed on the skin or eyes, please flush with water immediately.
After each opening of the bag or bucket, if not used up, the bag should be tied tightly or the bucket lid should be screwed tightly to avoid inactivation of the effective active ingredients.
