Principle：

It is mainly used in the saccharification process of beer brewing to improve and enhance the saccharification effect. It can effectively decompose xylan and β-glucan, effectively reduce the viscosity of wort, and improve the filtration efficiency and quality of wort and beer; hydrolyze cellulose and hemicellulose, collapse the cell wall of barley, fully release the intracellular substances, and improve the yield of wort; decompose proteins, and increase the content of α-amino nitrogen and soluble nitrogen in the wort, and promote the vigorous fermentation of yeast; improve the cleaning effect of the filters and boils, and increase the amount of beer in the filtration of batch; block part of the diacetyl generation pathway, reduce the diacetyl content in the wine, shorten the fermentation time, and improve the quality of wine; used in fermentation It can block part of the pathway of diacetyl production, reduce the content of diacetyl in wine, shorten the fermentation time and improve the quality of wine; when used in fermentation, it can help the filtration of clear wine, improve the non-biological stability of beer and prolong the shelf life.

Application :

In the case of saccharification and the use of a high proportion of malt, it is recommended that the initial addition amount is 400-600 g/ton of malt (dry weight of saccharification pot feed), and then reduce the amount of addition if the saccharification effect is good. The enzyme should be added after the feeding of saccharification pot. The enzyme powder can be poured into the saccharification pot directly or dissolved and diluted with saccharification water (temperature: 40-60℃) before use.

It is recommended to wear a mask for protection during operation. If the product is accidentally splashed on the skin or eyes, please flush with water immediately. After each opening of the bag or bucket, if not used up, the bag should be tied tightly or the bucket lid should be screwed tightly to avoid inactivation of the effective active ingredients.
