Principle:

Characteristics:
Temperature range: Effective temperature range 55-100℃, suitable working temperature is 80-97℃, 100℃ can still maintain considerable vitality, when spraying liquefaction, the instant temperature can reach 105-112℃.
PH range: effective PH range 4.3-8.0, suitable PH range 5.2-6.0.
Application :
In the process of beer brewing, the auxiliary materials in the paste pot are mixed well with the ratio of material and water of 1:3-5, and the enzyme is added 0.3L/kg per ton of auxiliary materials (20000 units), and the temperature is raised to 92-97℃, maintained for 20-30 minutes, and the color of iodine test is reddish-brown when the temperature is raised to 100℃ for heat preservation.
